Challenge:
This manufacturer of packaged beef products was looking to retrofit an existing pneumatic cylinder with one that was less costly and longer lasting. The replacement actuator needed to match the exact footprint of the existing cylinder which included optional foot mounts.

Tolomatic Solution:
A MXP solid bearing pneumatic actuator was selected for its durability features and larger bearing surface that would offer long lasting performance. A pair of custom designed foot mounts that fit the envelop requirements were delivered with the actuator to fit the existing footprint.
