Application Description: 
Moving manufactured solar panels

Challenge:
A manufacturer of solar panels needed a solution to transport expensive and fragile solar panels safely from one manufacturing cell to another. It required a complete dolly system from one supplier that could be delivered and installed quickly.

Tolomatic Solution:
Two B3W belt drive actuators were selected to transport the panels horizontally. Two other B3W actuators pick up the panels and lift them vertically. The B3W belt drives were a good fit because of the high moment load capabilities and smooth bearing system.
