High Accuracy AND High Repeatability
| Accuracy is the ability of a linear actuator to reach a commanded position. if an actuator is highly accurate, it will exhibit a high degree of repeatability as well. |
High Repeatability, but Lower Accuracy
| Rebeatability is the ability of a linear actuator to reach the same position time after time. Repeatability is often what’s needed in an application rather than accuracy. |
Lower Accuracy and Lower Repeatability
| There are applications where positioning tolerances are wider. In those instances lower degrees of accuracy and repeatability are acceptable. |
