Challenge:
A customer was looking for an accurate, reliable actuator with dependability and repeatability that could operate at the high speeds necessary to place caps on containers in an assembly application. The actuator needed to position a head/spindle/chuck assembly which would screw caps onto a container.

Tolomatic Solution:
B3S rodless screw drive actuators were selected to position the head assembly. The B3S actuator best met the speed and load requirements for this application.
